1. Do you accept submissions for new product ideas?

We want to hear from you in regard to the potential new products we plan to develop. We will, from time to time, post our new product and theme ideas for our website users to vote on and help us prioritize for development. Beyond weighing in on ideas we post, we cannot at this time accept new product ideas, designs, artwork, copy or content, or other potentially proprietary materials from the public.

  1. Is it safe to give you my credit card information over the internet?

Yes, we have a secure server for your credit card payments. We do not keep credit cards on file so they cannot be accessed after your transaction is complete.

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

  1. How do I place an order?

  1. Do you gift wrap?

Unfortunately, gift wrapping is not available at this time.

  1. What are my shipping options?

We offer normal ground shipping to the US, Canada, and the UK with an expected delivery time of 8 -10 days from time of order. In the US, we also offer priority shipping with 2 – 3 day expected delivery.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product and the postal code destination as well as whether shipping as normal ground or priority.

Sales tax will be charged on items shipped to Georgia and Colorado.

We reserve the right to change any term or condition, including pricing, associated with shipping at any time.

  1. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when the order leaves our warehouse.

  1. Am I able to track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will get an email notification that includes the shipping company (e.g., UPS, FedEx, etc.) and a tracking number. You may use that tracking number and interface with the shipping company directly to track your order from that point forward.

  1. What is your cancellation and return policy?

You may return products to us for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received for full refund to be given. Please include your packing slip, detailing the reasons for the return, relevant product exchange information, or request for credit. CDs, DVDs, stationery, puzzles, games, puppets and all other non-book products must be returned in their unopened packaging. Credits will not be issued on any prepackaged products that are returned opened unless they are found to be defective. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping on returns, other than returns of damaged or defective products. We are sorry that we cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Yes, but each shipping location requires a separate order.

  1. What are the benefits of registering for an account?

You don't have to have an account to shop, but there are advantages to having one. You can view your order history and we'll remember your contact details, which makes checkout quick and easy. We will also keep you up-to-date on our latest releases, community news and special offers.
